Fit Liberty is our unique program that allows you to exchange a piece for a new size if your size changes within one year of purchase, free of charge.
What size range do you offer?
We are proud to offer the most inclusive size range in the world, with all of our styles available in sizes 00 through 40.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain promotional items may be final sale.
How should I care for my Universal Standard garments?
Most of our items are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water with like colors and laying flat to dry or tumble drying on low to maintain the fabric integrity.
